At Stamford Botanics, we are committed to ensuring your orders arrive safely and on time and understand how important it is to receive your houseplants and other botanical purchases in excellent condition.
Our team is also dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, so in the event that you did need to return an item we hope to make that process simple.
Shipping
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK, as well as free same-day Click & Collect from our shop in Stamford.

Delivery Charges
Standard UK delivery is £6.99, or free on orders over £50.

Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 working days. Prefer to collect? Our free same-day Click & Collect service is also available from our Stamford shop.

Returns & Damaged Items
We take great care when packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, due to the delicate nature of plants and pots, occasional damage can occur during transit.

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@stamfordbotanics.co.uk, including photos of the damage. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Returns are considered on a case-by-case basis, with return postage costs covered by the customer.

Plant Variations
As living things, all plants vary slightly in size, shape and appearance. We do our best to photograph and describe each plant as accurately as possible, but minor natural variations are to be expected and are not grounds for a return.
