Araucaria heterophylla | Norfolk Island Pine

Position your Norfolk Island Pine somewhere with bright, indirect light for it to thrive. It can tolerate some direct sunlight, however you should monitor it when it's most intense. 

 

Keep the soil fairly moist but allow the soil to dry out at least a third in between waterings. 

 

When watering, thoroughly soak the soil until water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Discard any excess water in the saucer or decorative pot to prevent waterlogged roots.

 

It's important to adjust your watering routine based on the time of year and specific environmental conditions like humidity and temperature.
