  • Philodendrons are generally very easy to care for. Make sure it receives plenty of bright light, making sure the sun doesn't directly hit the leaves when it's at its strongest. They can tolerate light shade, but make sure it's not too dark as the plant will weaken over time.

Always allow at least the top 30% of soil to dry out between waterings.

When watering, thoroughly soak the soil until water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Discard any excess water in the saucer or decorative pot to prevent waterlogged roots.

It's important to adjust your watering routine based on the time of year and specific environmental conditions like humidity and temperature.
