Fittonia vers. 'Mini White' | White Mosaic Plant (Mini)

This plant originates from the forest floor of tropical South America, so knowing this will help you grow it successfully!

Fittonia's thrive in bright, filtered light but can tolerate lower light levels. Position it on a north-facing windowsill or in a humid bathroom or kitchen out of direct sunlight (which might scorch its leaves, turning them brown and crispy). 

It prefers well-draining soil and benefits from consistent moisture without becoming waterlogged. Always allow the top 25% of soil to dry out between waterings. Regular misting or the use of a pebble tray can help maintain higher humidity levels.

When watering, thoroughly soak the soil until water drains out of the bottom of the pot. Discard any excess water in the saucer or decorative pot to prevent waterlogged roots.

As it grows slowly and remains relatively compact, it makes a good terrarium plant planted with ferns and mosses.

It's important to adjust your watering routine based on the time of year and specific environmental conditions like humidity and temperature.
