Codiaeum variegatum 'Mrs. Iceton' | Croton 'Mrs. Iceton'

Codiaeum thrive in bright, indirect light. They also appreciate some direct sun, which intensifies the leaf colour.

Water when the top inch of soil is dry, aiming to keep the soil consistently damp, but not soggy! They are much happier with regular, moderate watering than extremes of drought or saturation which can cause dramatic leaf loss.

Avoid placing them anywhere draughty as a sudden drop in temperature can also cause them to drop their leaves. Ideally, situate them somewhere with higher humidity, such as a bathroom or kitchen.

It's important to adjust your watering routine based on the time of year and specific environmental conditions like humidity and temperature.
